Job Description

Execute planning activities from the material requirement planning to the delivery on time, in full and required quality of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) based on the requirements of production planning and commercial conditions negotiated by the Procurement manager, with the objective of ensuring the supply for the different productive processes of the organization, satisfying the needs of our customers in the required time at the minimum cost, optimizing the available resources and reducing the working capital.

Responsibilities:  

• Ensure the availability of direct raw materials on time and in full, complying with the inventory policy established through the execution and analysis of the Master Requirement Planning (MRP) and inventory turn arround
• Negotiate volumes and delivery dates with suppliers of direct raw materials, giving special attention to those that represent a high cost and volume (bottles, corrugated and caps)
• Plan Raw Material space distribution vs warehouse capacity at each CoMan’s facility
• Follow up on each of the Purchase Orders issued to each supplier to evaluate their performance through the Fill Rate and OTIF, establish action plans to improve the level of service and delivery of the suppliers that need it
• Provide a purchase estimate of direct raw materials for the annual budget generated by finance.

Requeriments:

• Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related
• Professional English (Mandatory) will be evaluated during the process.
• 2 +  years of experience in a similar role in food industri (recent, verifiable and mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of Apix
• Strong knowledge of inventory control
• Advanced Excel
• Good knowledge of SAP
