We are looking to hire a Total Rewards Sr Analyst - LATAM in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Interlomas, Edo. Mex.. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting the analysis, deployment and administration of Total Rewards programs across Latin America (LATAM), with a focus on benefits operations, employee communications, and compensation analytics. Reporting to the Director Compensation – Americas, the role partners with the regional Total Rewards and HR teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and scalable programs that strengthen employee experience, support retention, and enable business outcomes. Key accountabilities include benefits enrollment initiatives and education, regional insurance renewals, annual salary review/ASR process support for specific populations, and market benchmarking analytics to inform union negotiation salary increase proposals and internal equity decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support benefits enrollment initiatives across LATAM (including system setup, eligibility audits, administrator guides, and issue resolution) in partnership with country HRPB and vendors.
  • Facilitate Total Rewards / benefits communication sessions and campaigns (live and virtual), ensuring materials are clear, culturally appropriate, and aligned to the overall Total Rewards strategy.
  • Support annual benefits insurance renewals across LATAM countries (medical, life, disability and other insured benefits), including data preparation, vendor coordination, costing analysis, and implementation tracking.
  • Support the annual salary review (ASR) process for defined LATAM populations: non graded roles in El Salvador and administrative (non graded) roles in Mexico, including validations, mass upload coordination, and post load reconciliations.
  • Conduct market data benchmarking and compensation analysis in Mexico to support union negotiation salary increase proposals and related reporting; maintain files, assumptions, and audit trails.
  • Develop and maintain recurring Total Rewards analytics and reporting (enrollment, benefit costs, vendor KPIs, salary metrics) to enable data driven decisions and proactive issue identification.
  • Document, standardize and streamline Total Rewards processes (SOPs, controls, templates) and identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy, cycle time, and employee/HR experience.
  • Build strong relationships with HRBPs, HR Operations, Finance, and external partners; provide consultative support on Total Rewards topics and coordinate cross country execution.
  • Collaborate with global Total Rewards COEs on initiatives that have regional impact and support ad hoc projects as required.
  • Compile, submit and analyze survey information for designated countries to obtain comparisons of salary and benefits activities of other companies in order to assess the Company’s relative competitive position and build salary structures.
  • Build and maintain the job evaluation database to ensure accurate comparative information is available at all times. Ensure job description quality to provide an accurate basis for job evaluation & maintain a complete file of job descriptions.
  • Review and recommend salaries and job titles for new employees, promotions and salary adjustments ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness when appropriate.
  • Develop external C&B external network to leverage expertise and understanding of competitors.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, preferably supporting LATAM multi-country scope and/or benefits operations.
  • Experience with benefits renewals, vendor management, and/or labor relations/union negotiation support in Mexico or LATAM markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain trusting relationships with direct and indirect teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets and produce clear insights.
  • Experience with HRIS/HR platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Strong project coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and countries.
  • Familiarity with Mercer/WTW market data.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
