We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Planner I in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Mexico City. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:
Administrate and manage all Supply Chain resources, to ensure Customer’s demand on time and in full; working closely with QA, R&D, International Trade, US Supply Chain Planning and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze KPI data to coordinate CoMans to fulfill committed goals (Attainment, OTIF, WH capacity, produced bottles, contract compliance).
- Administrate Customer’s demand to ensure Finished Goods availability, level loading against CoMan’s capacity through the Master Production Schedule and the Master Requirement Planning.
- Supervise and validate ABC’s and Safety Stock policies are complied, as well as the WH budget and turn arounds.
- Ensure Raw Material supply for production continuity.
- Ensure Customer order fulfillment through Attainment and Casefill compliance.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Create working relationships with appropriate resources to fulfill R&D projects.
- Create Finished Good info records.
- Create service orders for special Co-packing requirements.
- Propose and collaborate with CCI initiatives.
- Administrate the Budget impact of write-offs and discard.
- Maintain, update, and enforce the applicable documentation of the quality system of CFCFlavor Holdings that is in accordance with the Quality Policy and procedures, instructions, and records to ensure the standardization of planning and procurement processes.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Supply Planning or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Materials, Production and/or Supply Planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to generate high level reports, leadership, and soften messages to facilitate and manage change, conflict management, work under pressure.
- ERP experience required, SAP preferred.
- Lean/ Quality Management Systems basics.
- Medium to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, databases, VLOOKUP’s).
- Basic financial reporting (inventory write-offs, business risks)
- Analytical and Data-Driven experience.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Proactive and Flexibility.
- Advanced English (spoken & written).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, APICS and/or Supply Chain Management Diploma preferred.
- Food Industry and/or External manufacturing experience.
- Conflict management, cultural leadership, empathy, influence others, adaptability, resilience and risk management.
- Supply Chain Technology Proficiency and Ambiguity tolerance.
