We are looking to hire a Threat Detection & Response, Sr. Manager in a Hybrid (60/40) capacity for our site in Mexico City. This is 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a global 24x7 threat detection and response team.
- Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of threat informed defense best practices.
- Strengthen Incident Preparedness, Response and Recovery processes.
- Optimize global security monitoring efficiency through IT and OT technology deployment, cross functional partnership, and process refinement.
- Partner with security leadership to ensure compliance and adherence to global regulations.
- Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team.
- Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and health with senior leadership.
- Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related degree.
- CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications.
- 10+ years’ professional experience working in cybersecurity (preferred) or information technology.
- 3+ years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization.
- Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches. (MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE DETTECT).
- Flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability.
- Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams.
- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
