Accounts Receivable Intern - Summer 2022

The Finance Intern will report directly into the Accounts Receivable team and will offer hands-on experience performing support and activities related to Accounts Receivable.  This position will provide a meaningful opportunity to learn the ‘nuts & bolts’ aspect of finance and fiscal responsibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts Receivable functions. Responsibilities could include deduction research, customer contract related activities, collections support, customer statements or other activities as needed.
  • Completion of a successful project to impact and improve functional business operations.
  • Attending events coordinated by the Talent Acquisition team

 

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment as an undergraduate college Junior for the 2019 - 2020 school year
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) for on-going contact with internal customers
  • Strong analytic orientation, capable of performing data analysis and creating stories out of data sets
  • Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills with ability to handle details
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
