The AVP is responsible for the operational excellence of the global tax function while transitioning into a strategic business partner capable of influencing the company's long-term global growth and risk mitigation strategies.

Global Leadership and Team Development

A primary mandate for the AVP is the cultivation and transformation of the global tax talent pipeline. This role requires sophisticated leadership to ensure the department remains a "value-add" partner to the wider organization as McCormick grows and transforms.
