Associate Content Producer


McCormick & Company, Inc., a world leader in the spice, flavor and seasonings industry, is seeking a full time  Associate Content Producer supporting end to end projects for Shopper Marketing and eCommerce.   This new hire will work in our Global Heaquarters, located at  24 Schilling Road in Hunt Valley, MD. The  Associate Content Producer will report to a Creative Design Manager.

The Associate Content Producer will shepherd advertising projects end-to-end for Shopper Marketing and eCommerce. This role will work closely with graphic designers and producers to support production and delivery of creative assets as part of McCormick’s internal content production team, which services McCormick’s entire family of brands, including Frank’s RedHot, McCormick Spice, Thai Kitchen, French’s Yellow Mustard and more.



  • Collaborate with producer to plan project timelines and manage designer capacity.
  • Monitor multiple projects simultaneously (using a project tracking system) and ensure timely progress against key milestones – from brief to final delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with team members and agency partners to help remove barriers to project completion (clarify requests, follow-up on questions, perform simple research tasks, coordinate meetings, etc.)
  • Keep work moving through the approvals process, and ensure feedback is clear and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Upload final files to our content management system and deliver approved work to internal and external clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent education and/or work experience
  • A deadline-driven sense of urgency rounded out with a flexible and positive mindset –sometimes priorities change.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once – our work involves many moving parts.
  • Ability to implement and maintain well-organized systems to manage information, files, contacts, etc.


  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advertising or print production experience.
