We are looking to hire a Brand (Product) Manager II for the Club Spice Portfolio immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for development and execution of growth strategies across the club channel for our flagship spices, seasonings and extracts portfolio that delivers sales, volume and profit objectives. Key responsibilities will be end-to-end management of the Club Spice Portfolio from forecasting, pipeline development, commercialization, selling content, activation strategy and commercialization via leadership of a cross-functional team. This role will work closely with sales, trade marketing, Brand Managers on the SPICE team and will report directly to the Go To Market Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our customers and competition in the Club channel through review of research, data, close collaboration with sales and customer engagement.
- Monthly and ad hoc performance analysis of the Club business to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Lead the development of a 2-year innovation pipeline that enables our growth objectives while meeting the strategic needs of our customers and McCormick.
- Lead cross-functional teams in execution of new product pipeline that meets our objectives
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and operational expertise in McCormick ways of working to deliver projects.
- Recommend and deliver business strategies to sales, customers, and senior leadership
- Day to Day Responsibilities will require marketing fundamentals such as landscape assessments, competitive analysis, creating pricing strategies, brief writing, P&L management, and strong written and verbal communication.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, or related field required
- 5 years of consumer packaged goods marketing experience including innovation/pipeline development experience
- Results focused individual who thrives in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload for self and team against desired results
- Experience leading cross functional teams, strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong leadership, creative problem solving, and communication skills, with a bias for action
- Strong analytical skills and ability to bring together various data sources to determine the best course of action
- Demonstrated success leading and championing business plan recommendations for senior management
- Proficient in identifying actionable insights from syndicated retail data analysis (IRI, Nielsen), financial analysis, and market research

Base Salary: $103,520 - 181,150.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan.
