Customer Service Intern - Summer 2022


The Customer Service Intern will report directly into the NA Consumer Customer Service team and will be responsible for helping to ensure execution of sales order fulfillment, developing and managing customer relationships, analyzing process defects and may also be assigned to a summer project to evaluate processes and make recommendations of solutions to suggest improvements.



  • Support the NA Consumer Customer Service function, with activities including the input of customer orders into our ERP system, order management activities to ensure maximum fulfillment and on-time delivery of customer orders, processing of customer returns and sample orders and reporting and analytics in connection with Customer Service metrics

  • Analyze customer and logistics data to include service performance, providing periodic updates to advise Account Managers and the CS Manager on order status and service challenges.

  • Attending events coordinated by the Talent Acquisition team

  • Completion of a successful project to impact and improve functional business operations.


Required Qualifications

  • Current enrollment as an undergraduate college Junior for the 2021-2022 school year, minimum GPA 3.0 or higher
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Management or any Business related degree
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) for on-going contact with internal customers
  • Strong analytic orientation, capable of performing data analysis and creating stories out of data sets
  • Ability to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills with ability to handle details
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
