We are looking to hire a Global Enterprise Process Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview
Acting as a business partner, leveraging global process knowledge and expertise, the incumbent helps the business deliver large scale transformations and attain optimal business process solutions.
The scope of services includes project management, resource management, digital transformation, change management & communication, process optimization, problem solving, and facilitation & training. Incumbent influences planning and execution for major, global critical projects and initiatives. This role will focus on implementing global transformation projects/ programs at McCormick inclusive of resource management, development and implementation of policies, schedules, communication, training, metrics and collaborating cross-functionally. The geographic scope of this position is global.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project / program management.
- Change management, communication, facilitation and training.
- Resource Management including resource planning, allocation/utilization and onboarding /offboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, or related field required. MBA or related graduate courses preferred.
- PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification strongly desired.
- 8+ years progressive business experience, including strong skills in change management, influence without authority, and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 6+ years project management experience including large cross-functional and global initiatives.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management including resource management.
- Experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex, global business problems.
- Experience in / ability to travel to international business locations is required.
- Previous project management experience is required, preferably including leadership of teams which are diverse, global, cross-functional, cross-cultural.
- General process knowledge across several functional areas is required with some areas of deeper knowledge. Champions change, leads assessment of business process opportunities, assists/guides the business in establishing future state vision. Establishes and fosters business-to-business connectivity and support structures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong influencing, collaboration, and partnering skills to grow business relationships vital to project success. Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment to solve complex problems.
- Critical-Demonstrated interaction, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with all levels of management and employees. Critical-Demonstrated process orientation.
- Ability to organize thoughts logically and present new processes and policies in a manner that is easy for others to understand.
- Critical-Demonstrated PC/software skills with word processing, spreadsheet, workflow, PowerPoint, project management and database applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA - This position interacts with senior management and partners with key business leaders to implement key business initiatives. Therefore, it is critical that this person have broad business education.
- PMP or Prince2 certification; MBA; RMCP certification; preferred.
- Project Management experience accepted in lieu of PMP certification.
