We are looking to hire an Global Process Improvement Delivery Lead immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Global Process Improvement Director, the Process Improvement (PI) Delivery Director is responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of process improvement initiatives across both GBS & Enterprise by providing leadership, managing resources, and fostering effective communication. Key objectives include building and leading the transformation through process optimization, automation, digitalization, and upskilling of the organization's entire workforce. This leader will also be responsible for defining and tracking Joint Accountability Agreements (JAAs) or key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvement initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee PI initiatives and drive the GBS & Enterprise PI strategy and implementation roadmap, focusing on simplifying and digitizing processes for enhanced efficiency and full productivity potential. Actively lead/participate in Kaizen events, PI planning sessions, facilitating the cascade of PI objectives to the working team for streamlined execution. Oversee global business transformation initiatives & drive customer customer-centric mindset.
  • Work across different businesses, functions, and regions to understand end-to-end business processes & data architectures, and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement & standardization. Develop detailed plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables for process improvement initiatives. Identify risks/issues and communicate them proactively for timely mitigation.
  • Establish and monitor process quality metrics along with JAAs/KPIs to ensure ongoing performance evaluation and improvement. Lead the sprint planning and retrospective sessions, reviewing metrics, completing training as required, and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Identify needs for digital tools, automation solutions, and technology platforms that enable process enhancement/digitization and collaborate with the D&A/ Automation team for support.
  • Provide coaching to Process Improvement Managers, fostering skill development and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

 

Experience:

  • Extensive proficiency in Lean, process mapping, and technology enhancement
  • Strategic and forward-thinking with the ability to drive optimization
  • Excellent customer relationship management (with the understanding of business culture)
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Proficiency in Risk Management and Quality Assurance
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong cross-functional program and program/project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results using continuous improvement tools, analytical decision-making, building strong relationships, and direction-setting
  • Flexible and able to manage concurrent priorities

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS or Master degree in business, finance, engineering, supply chain or another relevant field
  • Effective communication, influencing and diplomacy skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills: leads other in problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Lean / Six Sigma/ (black belt) / BPM / PMI Automation & business efficiency tools portfolio understanding preffered
  • Able to travel
  • Fluent English is required
