HR TECHNOLOGY ANALYST I

HR DIRECTOR - TECHNOLOGY & ANALYTICS.

The HR Data and Analytics team is looking for an HR Technology Analyst to support McCormick’s global HR Data driven processes.  This candidate would be responsible for employing superior customer service by quickly and accurately responding to Tier 3 tickets to support our end users. The candidate will also be expected to become a SME in all McCormick HR processes supported by the SuccessFactors platform and be able to partner closely with HRBPs and Executive staff to support as needed.  The HR Data team is also responsible for the management and delivery as it pertains to data of our SuccessFactors driven annual processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support end-users by reviewing and resolving HR Technology related tickets.
  • Perform HR data administration, maintenance, and configuration testing within SuccessFactors platform
  • Create and maintain HR Technology documentation, including process mapping, user guides, and training materials
  • Support efforts to drive employee data quality and integrity including investigating issues and providing guidance and training to end users
  • Manage the annual processes supported by SuccessFactors
  • Act as a SME for Shared Services teams and HRBPs

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or closely related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in high-volume shared services environment
  • Practical HR knowledge and experience across core HR processes
  • Strong technical curiosity and passion for problem solving and innovation
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed (0-5%)

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ experience within the SuccessFactors platform.
