McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Sales Intern in Hunt Valley,MD located at 24 Schilling Rd. This is a 10-week internship (June 2025- August 2025) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range: $20-$22

As part of the Strategic Business Management team, you’ll contribute to building the future of sales strategy for the McCormick Food Away From Home organization. As a leader across spices, seasonings, condiments and more, we are responsible for identifying the strategic path to growth and enabling activation with our sales team. Through this internship, you'll get exposure to business-critical projects, data analysis and strategy development, and personal and team leadership opportunities, while working with cross-functional team members in sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and even culinary chefs. A successful candidate will have a natural curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to engage and influence a diverse group of colleagues – all to drive positive business results.
Job Description
- Lead in the development and delivery of business analysis and sales strategy related projects to drive business growth.
- Work closely with strategic business management leadership and team to ensure effective communication, project delivered on time and in full and future execution of project recommendations.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross functional partners to identify category landscape and business opportunities.
- Other projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
- Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
