BASE SALARY: $25.06hr - $37.60/hr

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the direction of the Team Manager (directly) and Crew Leader (indirectly), the Production Coordinator will be responsible for executing, directing, auditing, and maintaining all processes associated with the Liquids or Spray Dry operation.The Production Coordinator will execute standard Flavor Manufacturing Technician responsibilities.The Production Coordinator will fill in for the Crew Leader in their absence and therefore be required to learn/execute the following tasks to support production, quality, and safety initiatives in the department:
- All people-related processes – checking the call-out line, staffing and overtime management, green sheet completion, delivering feedback, discipline progression, grade increases, payroll, vacation scheduling, skills matrix management, etc.
- Specialized SAP transactions – COID, MD04, cutting a card back, virtual bins, COPAWA, VL09, VL32N, ZPN25, HUCANC, tag combo, reprinting a card, etc.
- Specialized HMI functions – CTRL-5 and CTRL-6, creating a recipe, creating a PO, etc.
- Reporting – near misses, RCCA investigations, MSS, coaching log, injury escalation, drug and alcohol policy, shift report, 90-day checklist, Maintenance green sheets, VSU and GMP audit, auditing cards, work orders, LSW, etc.
- Troubleshooting and escalations
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Meet all Flavor Manufacturing Technician requirements
- Meets standards in overall performance rating in most recent performance review
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Flavors
- Ability to use or learn MRMS, SAP, and Microsoft applications
- Excellent organization skills - ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to maintain confidential information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience writing and developing procedures
- Experience leading a team
