We are looking to hire an Manager, Total Rewards Integration (Americas) immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview:
This role serves as the regional subject matter expert for Total Rewards integration, partnering cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support country-level analysis, integration planning, Day 1 readiness and implementation, and post-Day 1 harmonization across a region (APAC & EMEA / Americas). This position translates integration design decisions into practical implementation plans, readiness materials, policy and communication inputs, risk and decision tracking, and follow-up actions. It also supports the country-level rollout of compensation program changes in partnership with the broader Total Rewards integration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis and design decisions
Working with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate detailed country-by-country benefit reviews across a region (APAC & EMEA / Americas), including side-by-side analysis and documentation of recommendations, decisions, and post-EMA harmonization opportunities. - Develop a country-level Total Rewards inventory
Create and maintain an inventory of Benefits and Total Rewards programs offered by country to support integration planning, decision-making, and harmonization activities. - Develop Day 1 business readiness materials
Create country readiness packs, implementation plans, stakeholder checklists, issue logs, communication inputs, and supporting documentation to enable Day 1 readiness across people, systems, processes, vendors, policies, and payroll. - Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and implementation requirements
Maintain decision logs, risk and issue trackers, action plans, owners, timelines, and escalation items to support timely execution, governance, and alignment across the Benefits integration workstream. - Partner on policy, handbook, and communication updates
Work with Regional Total Rewards Leaders and other stakeholders to support updates to policies, handbooks, employee communications, vendor documentation, process materials, and related Day 1 and post-Day 1 content. - Coordinate Day 1 readiness and execution activities
Coordinate Day 1 activities across people, systems, processes, data, payroll, vendors, communications, and governance to ensure regional and country requirements are understood, planned, tested where applicable, and executed in line with integration timelines. - Support post-Day 1 and post-EMA harmonization activities
Drive post-EMA harmonization opportunities identified during the analysis phase and develop implementation plans with Regional Total Rewards Leads and external partners to execute approved harmonization actions. - Support country-level rollout of Compensation program changes Support the country-level rollout of Compensation program changes in partnership with the Manager, Total Rewards Integration (Compensation), helping ensure local readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication support, and implementation tracking.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation, and HR project delivery within a multinational organization.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of local market practices, statutory requirements, employee benefits, payroll dependencies, and regional governance considerations.
- Strong experience supporting country-level Benefits and Total Rewards programs, including plan reviews, side-by-side program comparisons, vendor coordination, policy documentation, payroll considerations, employee communications, and implementation readiness.
- Experience translating integration decisions into practical country-level readiness plans, implementation materials, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Experience supporting compensation program rollout activities, including local readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication support, and implementation tracking.
- Strong project management and execution experience, including developing workplans, readiness materials, trackers, decision logs, risk and issue logs, action plans, and stakeholder updates.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to summarize findings, document recommendations, and maintain accurate country-level inventories.
- Prior M&A, integration, or harmonization experience preferred.

Base Salary: $103,520 - $181,150
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan
