We are looking to hire a Quality Project Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview/Primary Purpose
The Quality Manager will provide general quality oversight and technical guidance for the PMO, Transformation Program (such as Program Leo) of all program deliverables and Artifact Lifecycle Management. The Quality Manager will work with the Strategic Integrator (SI) to establish and implement a quality assurance management framework, processes and oversee compliance to standards / contract. The incumbent will be responsible for assuring that all deliverables within their scope are defect free and compliant with technical & contractual specifications. Ensures delivery against Quality Assurance goals and objectives. The Quality Manager will be expected to bring industry standard practices to the knowledge area of quality management and will report through the PMO.
The Quality Manager should be able to demonstrate strong business and technical acumen and build a working knowledge of the future state of the program so that they can effectively perform their quality duties. This role will be accountable for representing the quality management process across PMO forums, reporting and acting as a liaison for programmatic communication related to the program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages day to day activities to ensure consistent delivery of quality solutions on-time, within budget, and scope (Project Management)
- Review the quality of deliverables from the Strategic Integrator and make recommendations for the acceptance or rejection of these deliverables to program leadership as follows:
- Develop, document and train on deliverable & artifact process in alignment with contractual terms
- Perform review and acceptance of SI deliverables
- Coordinate with workstreams for review of deliverable content and alignment to requirements
- Facilitate subject matter expert review of deliverables to TOGAF standards
- Review deliverable quality standards compliance
- Document and track deliverable deficiencies and remediation
- Report deliverable health to program leadership and provide inputs in producing an accurate and timely reporting of releases status throughout its life cycle
- Invoice reviews, approvals, tracking and reporting. Facilitate alignments with System Integrator.
- Identify, escalate, and facilitate resolution of program issues, risks, actions and decisions (RAIDX).
- Provide oversight and guidance to System Integrator Deliverable Lifecycle Manager.
- Artifact Lifecycle Management Lead for Solution Documentation (WRICEFs and Configuration).

- Training in partnership with Solution Architects.
Additional/Secondary Responsibilities
- Works with 3rd party partners and cross functional teams to educate and sustain quality processes and requirements, ensuring communication of the requirements across teams and departments. Supports program change control processes with quality standards
- Support Contracting team on Program Change Request or Change Orders impacting Deliverables or payment terms.
- Supporting Testing / QA Team (as time permits)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related professional area
- 6-8 years minimum of business or professional experience
- Strong team player and ability to work well within a process team
- Demonstrated patience necessary to productively respond to end-user learning and support needs
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current business processes their assigned functional area, and ways of working
- Demonstrated buy-in for transformational change
- Demonstrated SAP experience and ability to quickly develop working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Well-respected as a "go-to" technical person with ability to quickly learn computer applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams, MS Project Professional)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Global mindset and cross-cultural competency
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Aptitude for facilitation of cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Willingness to travel once travel resumes to support Pilots and future deployments
- TOGAF; Green or Black belt; preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification such as ISTQB, ITIL or similar
