This role is responsible for evaluating, recommending, deploying, and tracking Revenue Management Pricing initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve mix across the US Consumer Products portfolio. By working with financial, consumption and panel data this role is responsible for identifying Price Pack Architecture improvement opportunities, addressing drivers of revenue erosion and achieving Net Sales and Gross Profit targets by working with Marketing Managers to review market trends and recommend changes/adaptations to the portfolio based on historical performance and forward-looking analytics. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial skills rounded with commercial and innovation delivery experience associated with a strong ability to translate analytics insights into action. The Revenue Management Strategic Pricing Manager will lead a direct report and support cross-functional teams through portfolio reviews, price curves, annual planning, execution and tracking. Closely collaborates with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to build selling stories that demonstrate how plans will successfully improve McCormick’s and Category performance through increased retail sales and category growth.



  • Support Annual Operating Planning process, build and updates Pricing analytics and help teams leverage tools to offset inflation and/or leverage deflation.
  • Identifies broad changes to portfolio strategies to improve and solidify mix and influence trade promotions to ensure minimum cannibalization/trade-down and find price points that maximize revenues
  • Monitor execution of plans and make course corrections as needed
  • Leverage success stories to accelerate action and educate cross-functional team members on the power of analytics generated insights to drive sales and profit growth
  • Understand how pricing strategies intersect with competitive pressures to evaluate pricing and promotion investment trade-offs
  • Work with marketing and Sales Planning on broader promotion and pricing recommendations that support a consistent and intuitive execution. 
  • Coach direct report on framework behind analytics to enable resource independence within a framework
  • Support and collaborate with the Global Analytics COE to continually develop intuitive action-oriented tools for field deployment




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Math oriented field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Data Science
  • 5-7 years’ experience leveraging analytics for Sales, Marketing or Finance through systems or tools such as SAP for financials, IRI or A.C Nielsen for consumption data and TPM tools such as CAS, Siebel or Vistex
  • Management and development of direct reports 
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, influencing and communication skills



  • Experience with statistical tools such as R or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
