We are looking to hire an ASC Program Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional expertise to the Supply Chain Operations in the Americas on implementing a world class Training and Development Program. This position will be responsible for the development, deployment, and coaching of plant T&D Managers for various T&D systems and programs across the Americas region. This position will be responsible for leading and developing the regional systems such as Skills Matrix, Skills Checklists, Training Standards, and Digital Training Management through learning management systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the Training and Development Pillar of Journey to Excellence for McCormick via design and implementation of the regional Masterplan.
  • Lead and support Plant assessments, audits, and training
  • Connect Plant Leaders to JTE methodology and progress
  • Ensure the JTE digitization is deployed per the Americas JTE master plan. Participate in ASC JTE steering team
  • As a system owner, develop, deploy and own standards and training materials for various TPM Training Systems (Skills Matrix, Training Checklists, Train the Trainer Program) across the Americas
  • Provide coaching to sites and Americas T&D Managers
  • Participate on Americas TPM standards team, providing general input on TPM standards and leading training documentation and  development for systems and standards
  • Support audits and assessments (TPM, HPO, etc.) across the Americas
  • Lead Regional Training Program and T&D projects across the Americas
  • Provide support for Organizational Capability and Effectiveness
  • Implement and Administer the Regional system for compliance training management and reporting
  • Coordinate and provide coaching at Regional T&D Pillar Meetings
  • Lead Regional T&D Pillars and Participate on Global T&D Pillars
  • Own the Digital Learning Transformation through RedZone Implementation
  • Lead development of the Operational T&D masterplan
  • Design and deploy regional T&D Standards for “Plays”, “SOPs”, and other training standards via RedZone. Align RedZone Skills Management with T&D Pillar Skills Matrix standard.
  • Develop Training Metrics to measure successful implementation of T&D Standards and Tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Learning or Business
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience and progressing leadership roles within Adult Learning and Development.
  • Certifications in Learning, Project Management, or Coaching.
  • Prefer experience in Supply Chain Manufacturing.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results using advanced TPM tools, analytical decision-making, building strong relationships, and direction setting.
  • Ability to provide program / project leadership on pillars, programs and systems, including in depth knowledge of adult learning principles and their application within a TPM organization.  
  • Ability to understand functional and business objectives and create long term training strategies that enable their delivery, including leading exercises such as Process Mapping and Skill Gap Assessments.
  • Able to merge business questions/needs with available data to provide data-driven insights. Strong understanding of Americas business.
