We are looking to hire an Retail Media Analyst immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

As a Retail Media Analyst in our eCommerce Center of Excellence you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Search and managing Digital Display campaigns across omnichannel retailers to drive strategic audience engagement and sales growth. This role leverages performance data, measurement frameworks, and segmentation analysis to generate actionable insights, refine strategies, and maximize return on investment. Partnering closely with brand, sales, capabilities, and agency teams, the analyst defines KPIs, builds dashboards, and monitors campaign performance against goals.
The role also manages relationships with retail media vendors, recommends trade and shopper marketing fund strategies, and serves as a super user on Search reporting platforms, developing processes to apply search insights for real-time optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and optimize retail media campaigns (Search and Digital Display) across omnichannel retailers, supporting strategic audience targeting and personalized engagement.
- Analyze performance data across tactics to generate actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and apply measurement frameworks to evaluate and refine omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborate with brand teams, capabilities enablement team, sales enablement team, and agencies to define KPIs, build dashboards, and monitor campaign performance against goals.
- Support segmentation analysis to inform investment recommendations and customer strategies.
- Proactively recommend strategies for leveraging trade and shopper marketing funds.
- Provide strategic and tactical coordination with retail media vendors and partner with cross functional Shopper, Search Media & Analytics Team.
- Become super user within Search reporting platforms, building processes to leverage search insights and data to make real-time adjustments to spend.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or closely-related business discipline
- 3 years SEO, Marketing, Digital or related experience
- Strong leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action
- Expertise in supporting field sales initiatives
- Desire to own a portfolio of customers and drive growth
- Flexibility, prioritization, and working in a collaborative environment are essential
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and organization skills
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Retail Media, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Online Grocery, Digital Media Management, Digital Shelf Analytics

Base Salary: $74,330 - $130,080
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
