McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a full-time Sales Analyst II on the CPD Sales Team. This new hire will work in McCormick Global Headquarters, located in Hunt Valley, MD. The Sales Analyst II will report to the Customer Brands Product Manager II.

This Sales Analyst II will be responsible for supporting the growth strategy for McCormick’s Customer Brands to include annual planning support, direct customer sales support, forecasting, and project management.  The role will report to the Customer Brands Product Manager II. 


  • Assist with development and execution of annual business strategy.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Field Sales on specific Customer Brand accounts.
  • Provide weekly service updates to Field Sales as it relates to Customer Brand accounts.
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver on specific customer driven items.
  • Assist with development and monitor customer forecasts.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to be shared with Product Manager II and Sales Director.
  • Support Product Manager in development of selling material and additional ad hoc presentations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire and readiness to work on a fast-paced commercial team with a bias towards driving growth and resolving day-to-day customer requests.
  • Direct collaboration with Field Sales and cross-functional business team.


  • Experience with SAP
  • CPG or other consumer marketing or sales experience
