We are looking to hire a Senior Process Engineer immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview
As a Senior Project Engineer within the ASC CCI Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives aimed at identifying and mitigating regional operational losses across the organization. This highly visible role requires a forward-thinking individual with a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in pursuit of impactful solutions. You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with regional stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver sustainable improvements that align with McCormick’s business objectives. The role can be located within commutable distance of a McCormick Hub in US or Canada.
Responsibilities
• Partner with regional teams to identify key operational, process, and performance losses across manufacturing, supply chain, and other business functions.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, root cause analysis, and loss mapping methodologies to prioritize improvement opportunities across ASC
• Act as an internal consultant; be able to partner with manufacturing or distribution site leaders to work through problem identification and implement solutions
• Develop and execute high-impact continuous improvement projects aimed at addressing identified losses, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s continuous improvement framework, identifying opportunities for standardization and scalability across regions.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Build capability in Process Engineers, CI Managers, and other key stakeholders across the supply chain, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a mix of manufacturing or supply chain roles.
- Strong networking skills are needed to build long-term relationships with manufacturing site and distribution center teams across the Americas. Strong management and leadership skills are needed to routinely and successfully build new project teams
- The ability to operate in the grey and be comfortable with ambiguating

Base Salary: $103,520 - $181,150
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
