We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager - Shopper Marketing immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland OR our Walmart Sales Office, Rogers, Arkansas.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Product Manager – Shopper Marketing is responsible for developing and executing shopper-focused marketing strategies and programs that drive conversion and enhance brand equity for McCormick brands at Walmart. This Senior Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Category Management teams to create compelling shopper experiences in-store and online. Particular focus will be against programs that support McCormick brand priorities or seasonal tent pole events such as Holiday and Super Bowl activations. As Shopper Marketing is a new capability for McCormick, the Senior Product Manager will also play a role in partnering across the Consumer Sales team to share insights, best practices and case studies to broaden the understanding and support for Shopper Marketing as a key marketing tactic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand and customer objectives to drive topline sales.
- Lead the creation of customized retail programs (both in-store and digital) with focus on leveraging McCormick’s Retail Media investment and translating brand priorities and assets into customer solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Category Management to align shopper programs with customer plans and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer and shopper touchpoints.
- Manage internal and external agency relationships to develop creative assets and execute shopper campaigns.
- Leverage shopper insights, POS data, and market research to inform program design and optimize performance.
- Deliver delivering post-program analysis and recaps to Sales and Marketing Leadership, with actionable insights and ROI metrics.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of marketing funds and adherence to customer timelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of shopper marketing, brand management, or trade marketing within the CPG industry.
- Proven experience working with major retail accounts (eg Walmart, Kroger). Direct experience working with Walmart a plus.
- Exceptional project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Developed communication skills required to guide, influence, and convince others (internal and external).
- Cross-functional strategic leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of syndicated and customer specific data sources (eg Circana POS, HH Panel Scintilla).
- Experience with digital shopper marketing platforms and retail media networks.
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing tactics and trends.

As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future.
Base Salary: $103,520 - 181,150.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
