We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst II Supply immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The analyst role will be heavily focused on data extraction & analysis supporting both the Business Facing and Copack teams within the Supply Planning function. Extracting insights and recommendations, compiling presentations, sku transition management, and scorecard management will also be required. This role also performs and coordinates activities to redeploy Finished Good between McCormick DCs, material components to Copackers, and Finished Goods back from Co-packers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data extraction and analysis, including compiling presentations & score-carding to support the S&OP Supply Consensus meetings, as well as plant playbook meetings and other supply planning activities.
• Oversees product deployment and exception management through reporting, analysis / assessment and making adjustments as appropriate to ensure customer service fulfillment levels are met.
• Ongoing maintenance of supply planning data and supports initial SCM data set up for new items through audits and correction of data. Analyzes and identifies key and unique raw materials (IIA report) for further evaluation from supply planners. Quantifies risks and liabilities through collection and analysis of information for business changes (growth, discontinuation, etc
- SLOB support. Recommends material dispositions and assists with root cause analysis as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service or a related field required
- Proficiency in SAP ECC, MS Excel, & MS PowerPoint, Access
- Knowledge of customer service, inventory & cost metrics Knowledge of the CPG industry
- Ability to communicate and interpret complex data into insights and actions Working and contributing in a team-based environment Ownership and sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex situations and make sound judgments.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks, including the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional group required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA
- Pursuit of APICS
- Proficiency in APO & BW

Base Salary: $62,090 - $108,600
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
