Under the direction of the Customer Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst II supports the NA Supply Planning organization.  The analyst role will be responsible for managing and reducing McCormick's annual compliance fines incurred from the customer. Specifically related to McCormick’s measured compliance within OTIF (On Time In Full), SQEP (Supplier Quality Excellence Program), ISQL (Inbound Safety Quality Logistics), ASN (Advance Ship Notification) across multiple customers. The role requires continual data extraction and analysis, scorecard maintenance and presentation development in support of the customer supply chain planning function. 



  • Build and manage databases to track OTIF/SQEP/ISQL/ASN metrics for Customers and McCormick
  • Emphasis on the ability to challenge the fines charged with McCormick data. Help mitigate and decrease fines imposed.
  • Extract the insights and recommendations. Compiles presentations. KPI scorecard management
  • Track and measure McCormick compliance vs. Customer compliance standard measures
  • Utilize multiple databases such as Customer KPI dashboards, Tableau, Power BI, SAP, and TMS to build and update weekly/monthly reporting
  • Send out monthly progression reports/updates to leadership on OTIF/SQEP/ISQL/ASN performance projects that are in place to drive cost avoidance improvement and CCI reduction
  • Help lead and manage daily, weekly, and monthly calls with our warehouse, packaging, sales, customer service, and transportation teams to drive actionable improvements and further understand drivers of on-time and in-full failures, case & pallet labeling compliance, load compliance, pallet compliance, PO compliance
  • Communication point person with each internal function when a customer makes changes or updates to processes and fines. Ensures proactive communication.
  • Work with Finance and Accounts Receivable/Payable team to validate charges and seek leadership approval for invoicing, emphasis on annual fine reductions
  • Position will be a point person for 98% On Time, 2-Sided Case Labeling project and multiple other projects we have yet to begin around compliance such as Pallet Shipping Labeling, etc.
  • Support project implementation through analysis and internal support that backs our strategic vision for cost avoidance
  • Communicate effectively to Customer Supply Chain Managers



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex situations and make sound judgments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, including the appropriate prioritization of tasks.
  • Strong data analysis, written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional group.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, SAP/ERP, MS Excel, MS Power Point
