We are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager, Consumer immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for providing financial oversight and support of activities for key McCormick Brands for the US Consumer Business. The successful candidate will be an active business partner with the Consumer Brand team and various other cross functional teams working toward common goals to drive growth and profitability. This position will be responsible for managing processes and developing analysis that will provide the foundation for significant business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the financial and profitability analysis for Commercial Brand Business Partners.
- Lead business planning projects with cross functional business partners and provide actionable insights to assist in key decision making including the strategic and annual plan, budget, quarterly forecasts and off cycle forecasts
- Deliver insightful commentary on business performance to enhance understanding of month-end results. Collaborates with key stakeholders to provide robust financial, commercial, and market insights in management reporting, assessing performance against strategic goals and offering actionable recommendations to optimize both strategy and operations.
- Partner with commercial team to formulate pricing strategy. Partner with commercial team to formulate portfolio strategy, margin analysis and CCI. Supports the design and evaluation of promotional plans to maximize effectiveness.
- Provide business partnership and financial leadership on short-term business projects and long-term strategic objectives.
- Utilize systems to improve analytics and processes to drive data-based insights.
- Consistently apply McCormick growth behaviors in support of our critical business partners and maintain a continuous improvement mindset identifying and executing change opportunities to continually drive value creation.
- Maintain appropriate internal control environment.
- Development of staff through active coaching and mentorship.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial, or equivalent business function analysis
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and basic proficiency of Power Point & Word required. TM1 and SAP/BW experience is desirable
- Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills
- Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques and the capability to plan own work and respect deadlines
- Demonstrated complex financial analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven team player
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA and/or CPA
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Base Salary: $100,870 - $176,480
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for
this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to
participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick’s Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick’s
