We are looking to hire a Sr. Associate Product (Brand) Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. This role serves as the primary point of contact for product plans across the Cattlemen’s®, French’s®, Zatarain’s®, Thai Kitchen®, and Simply Asia® brands.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sr. Associate Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive sales volume and profit growth for the Branded Food Service Condiments, Sauces & Convenient Meals portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of contact for product plans across the Cattlemen’s®, French’s®, Zatarain’s®, Thai Kitchen®, and Simply Asia® brands. It requires close collaboration with Customer Marketing, Commercialization, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development, Sales, Consumer & Market Insights, Global Marketing, and external partners to deliver growth-driving initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze market data, sales trends, competitive activity, and new product distribution to inform business plans and recommend improvements.
- Develop, execute, and analyze action plans and marketing activities to address key business issues and opportunities and drive category growth.
- Independently lead cross-functional teams to execute new product launches, product improvements, and cost reductions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of new item distribution and recommend improvements as appropriate.
- Provide the sales team with presentations, tools, and materials to drive demand, collaborating with commercial functions to deliver output as needed.
- Deliver impactful, strategic presentations to leadership and other internal partners with actionable recommendations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of consumer retail or branded food service industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be a dynamic self-starter, to work independently and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems
- Strong understanding of concepts, principles and practices in Marketing
- Strong business acumen, including how key drivers impact business, how to deliver against KPIs
- Strong analytical thinking needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, leveraging analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Proven ability to build a strong internal network and collaborate effectively, especially with sales teams, to problem-solve and deliver strategic solutions
- Ability to lead internal and external teams to ensure collaboration, alignment and efficient resource management to successfully achieve objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to present, influence, and communicate with customers and senior management
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to present and engage effectively with stakeholders, customers, and senior management using appropriate trade terminology

Base Salary: $74,330 - $130,080
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
