We are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Specialist immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all analytics and reporting requirements within Trade Marketing across all buisness units, including forecasts, promotions, and trade spending analysis. This role works across all of Sales and with key cross functional partners in Finance, Demand Planning and Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and analyze TPM reporting to ensure accurate forecasting of shipments and tracking of trade promotions dollars across all business units.
- Manage the MDF and slotting process including monthly reporting to monitor compliance and control spend.
- Mange the update and sharing out of monthly reporting for PPKs, MDF, Slotting, Promo, and IBP reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics.
- Manage the monthly allocation process for all business units and channels including calculating the monthly allocation, manage changes and work with Customer Service on quantity contracts.
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data pertaining to trade marketing activities, including Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance and Category Management.
- Own the management of the content pack including publishing all updates Field Sales
- Ensure the upkeep of the sample mailing list for the Field Sales and Brokers.
- Deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting for trade, innovation, and other business needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or other related fields
- 3+ years of consumer product goods experience
- Excellent planning and organizational skills. Will be required to manage multiple projects at the same time while managing day to day tasks and objectives.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office including excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work with large data sets including pulling and interrupting data independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will be required to present to large groups of people virtually and in person.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to relocate for future advancement
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Base Salary: $87,910 - $153,870.
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
