Customer Service Coordinator 

Kemalpaşa, İzmir,Türkiye

Main Responsibilities
 

  • Process sales orders, enter all allocated customer orders into system and coordinate production dates with Operations.
  • Advise customers of order progress and shipping dates.
  • Record and accurately maintain 98%+ service accuracy to customers on a monthly and annual basis, providing KPI’s, to record actual performance versus pre-determined targets.
  • Avoid high levels of inventory and slow moving and obsolete stock through accurate order transactions and working cross functionally.
  • Manage /prepare export documentation.
  • Fully comply with all Foreign Trade processes and procedures during the processing & shipment.
  • Manage shipping / transport company’s relations and contracts and arrange reservations for shipments.
  • Liaise with transport companies on the collection of goods.
  • Monitor & track & keep records for delivery and shelf life of customer shipments.
  • Arrange specific labels for customers; artwork designs (ex: Arabic translations and designs).
  • In conjunction with Technical Manager, record and process Customer Complaints in line with internal and customer procedures, supplying management reports / analysis as required.
  • Provide support function for our customers & provide reliable product information.
  • Maintain and update Customer Master Files and sox forms in conjunction with Sales & Finance Team.
  • Support sales team through business development opportunities while inputting in expertise on trade, customer knowledge and experience
  • Take ownership/accountability in commercialisation process for new product/customer scale up
  • Take responsibility in PepsiCo Turkey Account Management to support sales function (NPD projects, price/lead time communications, feeding into Global Score Card, Price Quota Tracker)

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE
 

  • Minimum of 2 years customer services / commercial experience, ideally gained within a food manufacturing environment
  • Fully computer literate in Microsoft Office and databases and working knowledge of Netsis
  • Ability to work effectively with all areas and levels of the business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (particularly good telephone manner)
  • Flexible approach and ability to work well under pressure, Good customer service approach
  • Creative approach to problem solving,
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Good knowledge of English language – both written and spoken
  • Male candidates should have completed military service.
