ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), as required.
• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance
• Dedicates some hours every week for assistance with general office work related to SAP
• Performs routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces
• Assists, or performs solo when needed, general and detailed cleaning of all internal and external spaces
• Filter changes in production space
• Specific functions include, but are not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, washing, polishing, and dusting floors, carpet, walls, windows, and doors; trash and recycling removal; cleaning restrooms; stairwells, offices and other areas as required.
• Follows the Facilities Work Order Request System.
• Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner.
• Maintains appropriate service and repair records.
• Painting of equipment and facility.
• Labeling in facility per 5S standard other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows applications.
• Basic understanding of building systems
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance practices
• Ability to obtain Forklift license
