Description % of Time Spent
• Leverage data analytics to track and capture data on warehouse capacity
utilization, trailer drop lot capacity, inventory discrepancies, locator issues,
material storage compliance, slow moving inventory, and provide data
driven feedback on day-to-day warehouse inventory operations.
• Work with cross functional teams to analyze flow of inventory materials from
receiving through deployment to identify opportunities to streamline
nonvalue added work and strategize solutions to improve material flow
efficiency and storage optimization.
• Generate documents, reference guides, one-point lessons, job aids, and
resources to help develop skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the
warehouse technicians. Provide training support and coordination in
department cross training efforts.

• Support the warehouse leadership team on warehouse projects,
improvement initiatives, and assist in change control implementation efforts.
• Represent the warehouse department in plant wide cross collaboration
initiatives supporting the business on achieving inventory and warehouse
objectives (i.e., inventory reduction).
• Assist Warehouse management team on data collection, compiling, and
reporting on individual, team, and department KPIs and monthly scorecards.

5+ years of warehouse experience and proficient in SAP. Ability to work
through change control for actionable changes needed for the site.
Effective planning and organizational skills demonstrated
analytical/problem solving with strong MS Office proficiency. Possess an
in-depth understanding of warehouse processes with the ability to train
others.

Strong communication skills and ability to relay complex date into
actionable items.

Acceptable attendance required. (Written warning or probation will be an
