MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Under the direction of the Team Manager, and Eng/Maintenance Manager, the Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical equipment and making repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshooting and repairs

• Machine adjustments with tools

• Minor fabrication of parts

• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs

• Read schematics and blueprints

• Preventive maintenance

• Follow Master sanitation schedule

• Product changeover

• Implement ideas to improve line efficiencies

• Quality checks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least three (3) years industrial maintenance experience.

• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Must be very detail oriented and have strong interpersonal, communication and team-based skills.

• Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver are required assets.

• Able to work 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm

• Able to work overtime, planned and unexpected

• Able to work weekends as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
