Lead PM Coordinator

Position:   Lead PM Coordinator

Based:      Littleborough, United Kingdom 

FTC:           12 months          

 

                                               

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maximising operating profit through using planned maintenance where it is more effective than alternatives
  • Maximising equipment reliability through using planned maintenance most effectively
  • Quickly returning equipment to design capability through using planned maintenance and engineering knowledge most effectively
  • Maximising equipment availability through most effectively using planned maintenance
  • Development of (CMMS) Planned maintenance system by creating PPM’s to maximise effectiveness
  • Completing and reviewing existing PPM’s to understand what is require to improve the our methods
  • Driving the completion of PUWER assessment and action closed out
  • Running small project through Continuous improvement to proactively impact machine capability.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly figures recorded from the site performance data sheet to feed into the senior managed KPI’s
  • Managing the site calibrations and services

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

  • Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Working experience in food or consumer products industry, supported by a good track record of acquiring Engineering skills
  • Ability to develop reports to track equipment performance and monitor maintenance execution
  • Intermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft Excel, Word, CMMS and SAP
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and provide creative solutions to problems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
