We are currently hiring for a Distribution Coordinator to join our Warehouse team at 15600 Robins Hill Road, London. This position is on our Afternoon B Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:20pm).

Responsibilities:
Work with Warehouse Supervisor/Lead Hand to ensure the orderly processing of Customer orders for shipment and subsequent billing
•Create, plan, shipments in SAP for all outbound loads
•Work with Customer Service to ensure fill rates on orders.
•Provides administrative support creating and updating reporting, including maintenance of records for the supervisor
•Provide leading shipping data to Carriers on a daily basis
•Prioritize and create overstock picks, regular picks and create work orders for replenishments
•Overview of warehouse queues, and progress.
•Communicate with pickers and loaders regularly for distribution of daily tasks and troubleshooting.
•Upkeep the online daily shipping roster for other users to reference
•Upkeep office supplies
•Coordinate with 2nd and 3rd shift to streamline daily work
•Planning and coordination of RTV and Returnable dunnage (plastic pallets, honey drums)
•Additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• OSSD diploma or equivalent
• Essential PC skills with Excel, Word, SAP and other Microsoft products
• Knowledge of transportation operations and customer service an asset.
•Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all team members. Telephone manners and proper etiquette important
•Strong team player, self-motivated and positive outlook
•Ability to organize and juggle priorities to meet customer needs
• Able to keep organized in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Able to back up order selection duties, including keeping Pallet truck cert up to date
