Please note: The shift for this role is from 5 AM to 5 PM Saturday, Sundays and Mondays

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager and leadership team to promote safety, quality, people leadership and performance at McCormick Canada.  Leading a team of 40 production employees the successful candidate will actively support a Total Productive Maintenance culture.  The Team Manager will be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, training & development and rewards & recognition in addition to the performance of the team and production area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience leading a team in a production environment
  • Post-secondary education in relevant discipline

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Experience with SAP
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of extract processing and liquid filling technologies
