McCormick & Co., Inc., a world leader in the spice, flavor & seasonings industry, is seeking a full time Commercial Finance Manager. This new hire will be part of McCormick’s North America Food Away From Home, located at 2155 Drew Rd, Mississauga, ON. The Commercial Finance Manager will report to FAFH North America Finance Director.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Finance Business Partner will drive improved decision making and delivery of business results by providing proactive forward-looking strategic, commercial and market insights to the Commercial business. The Finance Business Partner is the primary Finance interaction point for the commercial business – guiding, supporting, and mentoring the Commercial function to drive performance and deliver financial targets. The Finance Business partner will foster a two-way strategic relationship with the commercial function, constructively challenging and influencing their Commercial partners to deliver results. The Finance Business Partner will play an influential role in relevant management teams and steering group meetings supporting the delivery of initiatives and strategic alignment
RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- MBA is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems
- SAP/BW/TM1 experience desirable
- Significant experience in commercial finance, financial planning, and analysis with experience in CPG preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Word required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Motivated individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to layout the path to significant improvements
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and multi-task changing priorities.
- Ability to work additional varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
