POSITION OVERVIEW
The Financial Analyst will drive improved decision making and delivery of business results by providing proactive forward-looking strategic, commercial and market insights to the Commercial business. The Finance Business Partner is the primary Finance interaction point for the commercial business – guiding, supporting, and mentoring the Commercial function to drive performance and deliver financial targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting / financial analysis
- Strong process orientation and ability to bridge financial analysis to sales processes, providing actionable insights with meaningful recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and ability to work effectively across multiple functions of the organization.
- Effective planning and organizational skills, very strong demonstrated analytical and problem- solving skills and strong Excel (financial modeling), Word and Power Point abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
