Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales, and preparing reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing-related field.
- Relevant, strong experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG food industry.
- Able to communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
