About the Role
We are expanding and seeking full-time Manufacturing Operatives to join our Sunshine Coast team. These roles rotate between morning and afternoon shifts and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and drive continuous improvement
- Complying with HACCP and GMP standards
- Operating high-volume food manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipment
- Completing quality control checks, inspections, and audits using digital systems
- Performing line-level operational tasks
- Collaborating within a diverse, cross-functional team
- Participating in improvement activities (TPM) and contributing to operational excellence
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced production environment and bring a strong safety-first mindset. You are adaptable, proactive, and committed to quality. You’ll also bring:
- Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
- Flexibility to work across multiple production rooms
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Experience with TPM systems (preferred)
- Ability to support root cause analysis activities
