Overview

Responsible of performing the administrative activities related to QA Department, as well as prepare and update documents

(COA, quality letter, technical specification, etc), submit monthly reports and ensure laboratories supplies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality documentation requested by customers: Certificate of analysis, Technical information, Quality letter, etc.
  • Submit monthly reports of Microbiological Index, Customer Quality Complaints, Supplier Quality Complaints, Sanitation /GMP levels, SPC and KPI's Reports.
  • UpdateTechnical specifications of Raw material, In process and Finished products.
  • Ensure that Microbiological an Chemistry Laboratories are adequately provided with all necessary supplies and tools.
  • Ensure QA Department is adequately provided with all necessary supplies and stationery.
  • Send samples to external Labs.
  • Perform administrative activities related to the Deparment.
  • Receiving, handling and sending validation report of new raw materials.

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum, three (3) years' relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, Project and Power Point;
  • Knowldge of Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control
