Position Overview:

Accountable for overall cost management, CCI, Cost-saving, Cost breakdown initiatives within the specific categories. Support for budget accuracy and providing essential market intelligence data for good strategy planning and Managing supplier relationships, sourcing, and evaluating potential supplier versus current supplier’s performance. Supporting NPD projects until launched smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with make-vs-buy decisions by analyzing market data, price trends, and raw material insights, deliver formal presentations and coordinate supplier reviews, enabling the Category Lead to make well-informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct research and market data analysis to provide valuable insights supporting for ensuring timely and relevant content to support oversee cost management, also manage the company Newsletter.
  • Take responsibilities for CCI initiatives, cost-saving strategies, and supplier performance, focusing on the Noodles, Rice & Kits categories, while expanding responsibilities within the CCM category as assigned by the line manager to supporting the SAF business.
  • Participates to the planning and forecasting process for supporting the needs of the Divisional project and requirements, also providing support for NPD projects and Contingency projects across all categories and all market.
  • Effectively manage supplier relationships and performance, which includes conducting Supplier Scorecard reviews.
  • Cross functional with others department and facilitate activities with team.
  • Responsible for other tasks as assignment.

 

Desired Candidate Profile: 

  • At least 2-3 years in a purchasing, sales, marketing in food business or analyst role.
  • Ability to handle and manage multi-task job in limited time frame.
  • Problem solving skill & Proactive approach is requires.
  • Strong computer skills (Proficient user of Microsoft office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Sound communication skills & analytical skills.
