KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Set up and start equipment for the daily work.
  • Continuously and repeatedly weight of raw materials written on the Sku.
  • Pack off finished product and equipment cleaning, perform checks on critical timing of equipment, Knowledge of all symbol on the label and DPI that needs to be used
  • Check equipment condition and CCP conditions in order to maintain quality standard
  • Document and record downtime
  • Cooperation with Shift Leader

 

Compensation: starting from € 24 500 gross anually per year:

 

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.

McCormick ensures compensation is determined in line with the principle of equal pay for work of equal value, regardless of gender.

The CCNL classification will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile.

Employment Terms and conditions will be governed by Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry.

 

First consideration will be given to employees who have been displaced from their jobs for positions with the same grade or lower. If there are no qualified candidates, all other employees will then be considered. No displaced employee will receive preferential consideration for a promotional opportunity.​

McCormick may recruit external candidates concurrently in order to expedite the recruitment process. Qualified internal candidates submitting bids within the first ten (10) days of the job being posted will be considered before external candidates. Internal bids received after the tenth (10th) day will be considered along with external candidates. ​
