- Identify BFS strategic growth verticals which are in line with BFS GTM capability and expansion plan
- Under the strategic verticals, building a solid branded portfolio and NPD plan, incl. but not limited to bringing Toyota Platform across core categories to life (e.g. Mayo, Marinade) & Fried Chicken end-to-end solution from marinade, coating and dipping sauce etc.
- Introduce and elevate new brands (e.g. French’s, Cholula) from food service channel and then halo to retail channel
- Continuously build food service brand professional image “Innovative and Transformative Flavour Creator” via different approaches, incl. vertical media partnership, exhibition and 2B+2C activation synergy – Burger festival, Spicy festival, BBQ festival
