Job description：
- Pursue and surpass budget of revenue and GP for growth
- Strengthen company’s position in the Global Key Accounts in China for existing and new products
- Deep engagement with customer’s key stakeholders across all functions at all levels. Proactively manage the selling agenda with the customer.
- Keep close contact with the company’s HQ for reporting and leveraging their expertise to support GKA business in China
- Co-ordinate all necessary resources to ensure our supply through forecasting and trouble shooting
- Act as project leader for new product development by working together with marketing, product development, supply chain, quality/regulatory, production, finance and so on
- Mobilize internal resources and manage team’s project deliverables to ensure innovation hit rate.
- Additional related work assigned by the company
Qualifications:
- University degree in food science and related majors
- 8-10 years related sales experience with key accounts in flavor, food additive, food ingredient and so on
- Preferred to have knowledge on food technology (quality assurance, product development and so on)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
