Principal Accountabilities:
1. Conduct on-site supplier audits to ensure compliance with McCormick’s supplier management and risk assessment standards, lead supplier audits and complete audit reports
供应商现场审核，确保供应商符合味好美供应商管理及风险评估标准，完成审核报告。
2. Follow up on factory raw material and packaging complaints, investigate supplier quality issues, close out corrective actions, and improve raw material acceptance rate
跟进工厂原辅料投诉，供应商质量异常调查与纠正措施闭环，提高原料合格率。
3. Conduct qualification assessment for new raw materials, packaging materials and new suppliers to ensure quality, safety and compliance meet McCormick requirements
新原料/包材/供应商准入评估，确保其质量、安全、合规性无问题，符合味好美要求。
4. Assist factories in customer audits, provide support on supplier management when needed, and complete supplier management-related customer questionnaires.
配合工厂进行客户审核，需要时提供供应商管理方面的支持，完成和供应商管理方面相关的客户调查问卷等
5. Update raw material specifications, collect and manage supplier documentation, and systematically organize and integrate supplier management documents
原料标准更新、供应商资料收集管理、供应商管理文件系统化整合
6. Follow up on other projects related to supplier management

Specification:
1.Bachelor Degree in food science or related filed, 1-2 years working experience in technical arena, quality assurance, quality control, and quality system of food industry 
本科学历，食品科学相关专业，5年以上食品公司质量保证、质量控制或质量体系相关经验
2. Proficient quality and food safety audits and quality management systems (FSSC22000, BRC). Practical factory audit experience is preferred
 熟悉质量和食品安全审核及质量管理体系（FSSC22000，BRC），有实际工厂审核经验优先
3. Extensive knowledge of raw material, food processing, HACCP, sanitation and risk management 
良好的原材料、食品加工，HACCP、清洁和风险管理的知识储备
4. High level of professionalism (strong work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and sound judgment) 
较高的职业素养（良好职业道德、沟通技巧、团队合作和判断能力）
5. Good problem solving, negotiation, customer service, communication (verbal and written)  and data analysis skills 
良好的解决问题、协商、客户服务、交流沟通、数据分析能力
6. Travel required (approximately 10- 30 % monthly) 适应出差（每月10-30%）
