POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide regional leadership for all IT Service Delivery matter. Reporting to the Global Service Delivery Director, the incumbent is accountable for ensuring IT services are provided in a secure, reliable and cost-effective manner. Critical to the success of this role will be the management of IT Service Provider outcomes and service levels on a daily basis. Role will also support elements of Service Provider governance process for their region.
Work closely with regional BRD to ensure maximum business value attained from IT services in region.
Establish and engage with the business at all levels in the region and act as a primary contact for business leadership teams in all day-to-day IT operational related matters.
In addition, the position would look for ways to deliver IT services in a more efficient manner while continuously improving the user experience. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of IT processes, leadership of IT resources at a regional level including the setting of OGSM's, the management of overall team and employee performance and talent development of leadership positions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Description
- Deliver the IT Services/Solutions in accordance with service levels agreed with business units and business function leadership. Manage service delivery outcomes of Infrastructure Services provider. Manage and direct third party providers and measures against their respective SLA’s.
- Ensures McCormick’s IT services are provided in a secure, highly reliable, appropriately responsive, automated, simplistic and cost-effective manner in accordance with service levels agreed with business leaders.
- Oversee Service Provider engagement and resources in region.
- Enables deployment of new IT services and the extension of existing IT services in an anticipatory manner that aligns with a role based organizational structure.
- Assist in the establishment of McCormick IT organizational goals & objectives and the development and deployment of McCormick IT strategic objectives. Incumbent will be required to represent McCormick IT in senior level discussions with business units and functions on a global scale. Position includes financial responsibility for regional budgets in excess of $2M.
- Drives innovation of IT services to deliver high business value and provide employees with superior customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or at least 15 years total experience in lieu of a degree

At least 10 years of IT and business/industry experience including ITIL, Service Delivery, design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations
•At least 5 years of experience managing an Infrastructure Managed Service provider or IT partner.
•At least 5 years of global or international leadership experience in managing multiple, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders in multi-cultural environments.
Interpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence:
- Ability to analyze IT industry's emerging trends and technologies and make recommendations for investing in new technologies to promote McCormick’s competitiveness in the marketplace
- Proven ability to successfully manage/work with managed service providers
- Broad knowledge of IT applications, infrastructure technologies and related methodologies
- Strategic planning and business systems thinking capabilities
- A strong and demonstrable knowledge of business operating models particularly relating to supply chain
- Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts and ideas to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence, communicate and work closely with individuals at all levels of the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- MBA or other graduate degree

- Provide regional leadership to outsourced enterprise ($50M+) Managed Services Provider.
