Position Overview

 

Coordinating execution of strategic and tactical plans for McC Spain for Ducros and Vahine portfolio to achieve sales, profit, and share goals. 

Having excellent execution of cluster strategy as main priority, is the contact point/person between marketing department and sales teams to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manages Nielsen data monthly analytics and conclusions to drive daily business execution and planning. Collaborates with local teams to adjust activation and distribution at range and sku level to ensure optimised assortment and plans
  • Manages monthly Nielsen Cockpit delivery on McC brands and preparation of data presentations for business and customers meetings
  • Manages local adaptation of brand activation, communication and promotion plans in line with cluster strategy and budgets. Follow and measures ROI and MS impact.
  • Coordinates innovation/ renovation product initiatives, lunch/ switch/ delisting with cluster Marketing and local sales team
  • Collaborates with cluster marketing team and local sales team to build sales promotions and product communication materials and turn the “selling stories” into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers
  • Collaborates with local and cluster finance team to validate, follow and measure the ROI of initiatives and NPDs
  • Shares with Supply and Demand teams all volume initiatives/ Demand review

 

 

Profile 

 

  • Experience of 4-6 years in brand marketing
  • Strong analytic skills, knowledge of Nielsen tools/methodology, business acumen. 
  • Good knowledge of local trade and key customers.
  • Experience from top level FMCG companies with clear structure and methodologies/ process
  • Full proficiency in writing and speaking English
