Packaging Technologist

Responsibilities:

1.  Supports business plans and works closely with marketing, sales, SC, Procurement on process and packaging material cost improvements (CCI) and to ensure purpose led performance (PLP) sustainability targets on track. 支持业务计划，并与市场营销、销售、供应链、采购部门紧密合作，推动流程和包装材料成本改进（CCI），确保以目标为导向的绩效（PLP）可持续性目标按计划推进。 

2.  Conducts packaging testing when required. 在需要时进行包装测试。

3.  Maintains all packaging and testing specifications. 维护所有包装和测试规格。

4.  To support and manage the packaging components of all Consumer and Flavour Solutions projects which includes artwork / design recommendations, and die lines. 支持并管理所有消费品和风味解决方案项目的包装组件，包括艺术品/设计建议和模切线。

5.  Provide technical support to cross-functional teams on packaging related matters. 为跨职能团队提供包装相关技术支持。

6.  Lead the local transition and factory scale up of new product concepts from business units outside China's supply chain hub. Responsible to coordinate product and packaging scale up. 领导中国供应链枢纽以外业务单元的新产品概念本地化转型及工厂规模化生产。负责协调产品与包装的规模化生产。

7.  Maintains close links with procurement to packaging suppliers to ensure MKC quality, technical support, sustainability, innovation and re-engineering expectations are met. 与采购部门保持紧密联系，确保包装供应商满足MKC在质量、技术支持、可持续性、创新及再工程化方面的期望。

Requirements:

1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in Packaging Engineering or related . 本科及以上学历，包装工程或相关专业

2.  1 to 3 years Packaging Development experience or FMGC QA / PD experience. 1至3年包装开发经验或快速消费品（FMCG）质量保证（QA）/产品开发（PD）经验。

3.  Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and disciplines with competing priorities and without authority.   能够在多个业务部门和学科之间有效协作，处理优先级冲突且无需直接授权。

4.  Strong collaboration and influencing skills 具备强大的协作和影响力技能。

5.  Be able to work under pressure and deliver against timelines and budget. 能够在压力下工作，按时按预算完成任务。

6.  Good English skills 良好的英语能力。
