KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Ensure that the Operational activities and structures of the zone are linked to the strategic imperatives of the organisation in consultation with other regional leaders.   
  2. Formulate medium and long term Operational strategies based on objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall corporate plan and when appropriate recommend standards and set targets/objectives.
  3. Ensure and lead the whole team to achieved OGSM and LTP target to support regioinal business growth.   
  4. Provide overall direction of McCormick Supply Chain and Operations, including personnel technological resources and assets. Establish measurement tools to monitor and improve performance.   
  5. In conjunction with Regional Leadership and functional management, develop talent to ensure correct alignment to meet both current and future business and customer requirements   
  6. Ensure activities related to the function comply with relevant Acts, legal demands ethical standards and OH&S legislation – including plant, systems of work, training, instruction, and supervision    

REQUIREMENTS

Education:
BSc in relevant discipline or Bachelor of Business/Engineering.
Minimum Experience Required:10 to 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing environment.
Preferably Food/FMCG industry experience with intimate understanding of best practice within large organizations.
