Channel Activation Manager – Discounts

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Prepare specific brand, seasonal and client activation plan for discount channel
  • Create priority for periods, in-store communication and in- store activation organization (animations, Tailor Made, etc.)
  • Prepare 360 Concept by client and channel
  • Develop POSM and manage RTS display process
  • Recommend goals & measure, communicate to Sales Force & Board
  • Analyse result and recommend solutions
  • Analyse market situation based on external data
  • Prepare presentations for clients and sales force management
  • Close Cooperation with Channel Development Director, Marketing, Finance and Sales

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in Trade/Shopper/Channel Marketing in FMCG
  • Brand Marketing experience is an advantage
  • Ability to develop short and long-term strategies based on a thorough understanding of market conditions and trends
  • Strong leadership, and interpersonal skills, proven ability to build long-term relationships
  • Understanding of P&L and budget management
  • Good commercial and working cross functionally understanding
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Good command of English
  • Good organization and time management skills – able to priorities work
