EMEA ARTWORK COORDINATOR

The EMEA Artwork Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the introduction of new artworks and designs, as well as changes to existing packaging artworks, for consumer products within the Commercialisation scope.

The role ensures that artwork projects are delivered in line with agreed SLAs, cost expectations and project timelines, while addressing technical issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Working closely with Marketing, Commercialisation, reprohouses and printers, the EMEA Artwork Coordinator helps ensure that McCormick packaging is produced accurately, consistently and in line with marketing expectations, printer requirements and technical constraints.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Initiate and manage pack copy, artwork, and packaging code workflows for Marketing and Commercialisation teams.
  • Manages technical artwork issues with the reprohouse in collaboration with printers and marketing teams
  • Manages relationships & communication with internal clients (Commercialisation PM, Marketing, QA, Regulatory, Design, Supply) and external partners such as our reprohouse and printers
  • Attends PPM (pre-production meetings) with the reprohouse, the design agencies and the printerhouse
  • Constantly feedbacks on the repro tool for better functionalities and user convenience. Makes sure the flows are maintained and up to date.
  • Involves printerhouses and repro House at an early stage of design to improve overall effectiveness of packaging as a support to the marketing teams

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Higher education, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, Packaging, or related field.
  • Experience in artwork creation, relationship with printers, graphics process
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent English required; French is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

Compensation: starting from PLN 96 420  per year 

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
